1. Make it more inviting by cleaning up the place or making it a place for something else

2. This place is pretty unused, The most they use it for is to store chairs and desks that only take up about 20% of the area. You could cement the ground or use the flat area for other things, the whole place also makes kids corner (a very fun and safe place) look not fun and uninviting.

1. You could add some decorations like garden gnomes or other garden decorations it's a good place for signs

2. We could take good care of the grass and if it's healthy enough we could add more types of plants like pretty flowers or other things to liven up the boring area, there isn't much art around it and the grass is pretty much unused.
